1/2 teaspoon red chili powder

Salt to taste

2 tablespoons oil

2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions:


In a mixing bowl, add the yogurt, cream, ginger-garlic paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix everything well to make a smooth paste.


Add the chicken pieces to the mixture and coat them well with the marinade. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for better flavor.


Preheat the oven to 200°C. Grease a baking tray with oil.
